reel you see, if you don’t care for something then it won’t matter to you how things will turn out. for instance if you went to audition to be the lead in a movie/show but it wasn’t something you really wanted to do in life then you wouldn’t really be nervous because if you failed to obtain the part then it wouldn’t bother you. You wouldn’t really care, you have other ambitions in life- but if it’s your whole life and it’s your career then you’d want to be the best you can and do everything you can to take hold of that position so you’d get super nervous because you wouldn’t want to fail and the thought of making a mistake and failing will bring you disappointment. Angie M people don’t do keto because they think carbs are just soo bad for you, people tend to eat less carbs bc the less carbs you eat the more your appetite decreases so you will never really over eat in the future. So people who need to loose a significant amount of weight cut off carbs for that reason. Not bc they think it is bad for them.

There’s so many people that don’t eat carbs SPECIFICALLY because they think they are bad for you. I know a lot of people might lower their carb intake for different reasons, but there’s actually people who go on crazy diets and don’t eat carbs at all because they think they’re genuinely bad for you
