I remember I worked at Walmart, and I noticed two indians (north american indians) were stealing sun glasses, I pretended to be a customer to walk near by and to confirm that they really steal. So I approached a woman manager that looked similar to this on the video, and told her that two people are stealing, as I pretended to be a custumer and I saw them placing sun glasses into pockets. That trash told me - it is not your job to pretend being a customer, and she did nothing!!! She even was angry at me. And she was one of the main Walmart managers. Only when I found the store supervisor and told him everything, the actions were made. Never mind being constantly hyper focused on everyone and everything in every direction of my truck (and then some). That's the base level standard.
