OK, so here's the thing, Seth stupidly told Karen about the secret shopper, so she knew to stay on her toes, and was better than normal. Seth and Ashley on the other hand dumb as always, believed that Les would let them know when the shopper was coming in, or theat he would do as they say and not bring the shopper in.
