J’avais besoin d’une très grande quantité d’ail épluché pour les lactofermenter et j’en ai trouvé dans mon épicerie asiatique emballé par kg , sous vide et de très belle qualité. Peut-être épluché par de petites mains courageuses et soigneuses comme les vôtre pour de plus petites quantités, votre vidéo est géniale Merci beaucoup 🙏 pour toutes ces astuces qui nous facilitent le quotidien 🙏

@@user-nq9uy1xh1w у тебя похоже Чеснок не правильный. Обычно его чистят залив тёплой водой, а затем протирают между ладонями. Шелуха отделяется на раз. Учись дитя асфальта и супермаркетов.

You could also put clove of garlic in a jar with a lid and shake the jar vigorously for about a minute. Take a look at the garlic. Is it all peeled?

Hola 🙋🏻‍♀️ Yo en lo personal consumo mucho el ajo, la mayoría de mis comidas llevan ajo ó lo como asado, está súper rico 😋 Una manera super fácil de pelarlos es (aplastados) le pones un cuchillo o algo plano que tengas y le das el machucon, obvio tienes que implementar un poco de fuerza, con eso, se desprende super fácil la cáscara 👍 Desde Papantla Veracruz México Saludos ☺️

Great video Thank You , I knew all of these except the soaking in water one and for peeling a lot of garlic that's a wonderful idea and the best thing about that is it seems the garlic skins wouldn't stick to your fingers while peeling so much which can be annoying 🙂
