A very nice demonstration and I think I learned something and will try to apply it soon. I do feel the subject of the painting may have another demonstration to attend and has wandered off leaving a bit of an empty feeling.

Is his paper wet before he starts. I am currently on the 3rd video in his series, and it seems the beginning is cut because he talks about colors he's already mixed. So curious if we are supposed to have the whole paper wet. If so, how wet? Thank you for all these great videos!!!

Nice....I'd put in a Spitfire flying in & turning up a bit, exposing a bit of it's underbelly towards the viewer ( just off centre ). That would be spectacular.

At Artefacto there is always "A Secret watercolour technique"?? The only secret is that it is a lot of fake to attract novice painters. Just make a demo that is good. That (secret) is not done, to say so imho. About this one, a nice demo, but nothing secret.

@@Molly-w7e @ you’re overly sensitive. Stating truth isn’t rude. Calling someone rude for stating truth is ironically saying that truth shouldn’t be said out loud… and therefore by that logic, you wouldn’t be able to say truth aloud.
