That's Andrew Dismukes. He was a writer on the show and was hired as a cast member around the time that SNL was returning to Studio 8H after the COVID lockdowns (season 46, 2020-2021). It was him, Punkie Johnson, and Lauren Holt (the Aidy Bryant-looking girl in this sketch) who were hired. Lauren Holt is not on the show anymore; season 46 was her only season. Now the closest thing we have to an Aidy Bryant in the current (as of 2024) cast is Molly Kearney, the show's first non-binary cast member (because they do look like a tomboyish Aidy Bryant, though something about them reminds me of Chris Farley). Though if you prefer someone from Arizona in the current cast, there's Michael Longfellow, though he looks like the long-lost brother of Cecily Strong.
