Comp is only tough because aur kahin opportunity nahi he, officer level par... Comp is not tough due to passion. People are not preparing for banking for passion but just to get a tag of employment.. But truth yahi he, ki there is worst wrk life balance in bank. Bank private naukri ka sotela bhai he jisko sautela hone ke karan govt job ka tag mil gya he. Otherwise life corporate sector jesi hi he. Even worse compare to some... Realised it after working for 3 yrs in rrb as po and also worked for 2 yrs in Accenture, before that.. Marriage ke baad job chor bhi nahi sakte responsiblity he... Just finding option to leave the job

Recently i talked to my friend and he was telling ki uska ek frnd hai SSC CGL me ASO hua tha ministry of electronics and IT me…vo bhi 9 bje approx rat me ghr aata hai, bhtt kam karwate hai vaha bhi aisa vo bta rha tha…to this is a myth ki bank me hi work pressure bhtt hai

Bhai banking kar rhe ho pvt job chhodh k Kaun raay diya tha tumko Bhai Seedha baat bole jitne bhi teachers h ye govt job ki taiyari karwane wale jinki rank aayi thi but unhone wo job chhodh diya Kyun chhodha? Kar lete na Nahi kiye Ulta teaching karte h raat k 9 baje bhi Kyun? Kyunki unko bhi samajh aa gaya h ki kaam to govt bhi karwa rhi h but paisa mil nahi rha hai

@@therandomclipsatwork3532 ASO,CBI and ED are hectic in ssc cgl other than that most of the jobs are cool. Even in ASO job you will not have that lvl of pressure. Google about it & you will get to know in details. My neighbour is an ex sbi employee he took vrs retirement few yrs back. I have talked to him & he straightaway said this is the most pathetic job. Today youngsters are joining bank jobs due to the high rate of unemployment.

Mujhe timing se bhi dar nhi lgta m ..time manage kr sakti hu but mujhese marketing or cross selling product selling nhi ho payega 😢😢

Now corporate system hi aise hi he ....the peers are doing so every organisation is also following the same .... Don't worry ,,once u ll start working....u ll learn to manage...n u can do it well....now focus on prep..n achieve ☺️✌️

Do not prepare for bank job its a slow poison job.Even state govt poen is better job than bank po.
