There is *such* gold here - thank you Lulu - who is your target audience? (construct your tribe, be specific) - who is outside of that (feel free to piss them off a little not necessarily intentionally) - what are you trying to achieve? - What do you believe? - of that, what will your audience accept (go hard on those points) - counterposition against an antagonist, or the current state of the world that is not where it could be.

21:00 The last statement is insightful for the framework of action. “What are you optimizing for?” I realize it’s actually a quite operator-style way to ask the same question: “What are your values?”

Great video. It's important to note that there are old adages to leadership that apply here. When your cofounders / core team members actually see you do something impossible, it starts a fire in them. Of course, there are those that won't even realize the impossible feats that are happening right in front of them (too prideful or too ignorant) these people you either have to let go or calibrate their prism.

Some days ago, I watched a video about Steve Jobs. A typical case happens in the apple team when he came back as the CEO of the company. It’s just like Lulu was talking about this specific case.
