Anything Tudor has me in a chokehold. I love learning about them. ❤ Having a great historian to tell their history makes it that much better.

I’m obsessed with the Tudors, have been since I was a child and visited Hampton court. I like Tracey Borman, I think she’s brilliant.

So disappointing when prominent historians like Tracy Borman make flippant remarks like Henry VII was frugal. He most certainly was not. He certainly accrued a lot of money but his expenses clearly show he spent lavishly. She also stated Henry VIII wanted someone less pious that Catherine of Aragon. Based on what? He simply wanted a son. He was extremely pious himself so this is just a bizarre thing to say Also, it is well known based on lots of contemporary evidence that Anne was not a beauty. Etc etc

@@Chipoo88 What? Reread your history, I think you are mixing your Henrys up?

We were promised the battle of Bosworth and I was hoping to learn more about what Henry VII was doing in all that time in exile. Instead we got 30 seconds on the battle, about 5 on Henry VII as King, non of it new or in depth, then back to the same old stuff about Henry VIII. A bit sneaky.

A missed period did not tell them anything? Sorry, people are smarter than that
@ivyrose779Ай бұрын
They didn’t have regular periods like modern women do.
