I purchased one of this small chatterbaits and put a trailer on it and the action stopped. I guess I need to take the skirt off and try a crappie worm bait instead.

Man that’s crazy. The bait I’m using in the video in the flashback mini by Zman, with a Bobby garland crappie bait as a trailer. You can get them off tackle warehouse for like $4

So cool, you got a flashback mini! Can't get away from the bass...wish I had that problem 😂. Was surprised you didn't hook any bigger ones. I've caught many 18 to 20 inch rockfish on those. That was a bluegill to me, if they have the dark blue gill flap, I call them bluegills but I'm also not a panfish expert.

Man it’s with out a doubt becoming my favorite bait to throw. Like it just catches fish. And I love that I can catch multiple species with it. I know the day I catch a big one on it I’m gonna freak out!! Thanks you for introducing me to this bait Chris!!

They have them on Amazon. I got mine from Tackle Warehouse, they are like $4 a piece.
