Is the 1/16 is the smallest that I know of I think 1/8 is bigger ⁉️🤔 the smallest- Flashback ya 1/16 with a 🐟 swim baits or pattle tail best your right on 👊🏼 or mini 🦎 lizard. Good show great advice. I used this for lake trout fishing works on everything.

If you don’t know what to throw, I’m my opinion start with a chatterbait. It’s a crankbait, and a swim jig and a spinnerbait AND a swimbait if you put a trailer on!

hey i’m a new subscriber and i heard u mention u would rather use your bait aster but you can throw light lures on it. if you look up bfs fishing it’s awesome. it is a type of baitcaster with a light shallow spool. some can even cast up to 1/32 oz lures!

Hey man just a suggestion but what I have found amazing for the smaller chatterbaits is if you match it with a small fluke from the zoom company and use it as you’re trailer it doesn’t add too much action but it is a little heavier plus that small but of action catches the eye real quick of the bass in the dirty water

I think the flashback mini chatterbait they make without a skirt and just a plastic body is even smaller overall than that model. Blade, hook and weight at 1/16 oz. Never used either but wanted to try them for big slab crappie. Thanks for the opportunity!

Flipping the trailer over will result in you setting the hook into rubber instead of bass. Let that tail drop and get out of the way.

I thought the chatter bait was a hammer in that pond. I love using chatter baits. I would use it with an ultra lite spinning combo and throw that bait across the pond and cover tons of water with it.

Sent you a pic of the tiniest chatterbait I currently own I had the micro but it got snagged by my son. But this authentic chatterbait from zman i still have was smaller then the micro. I've tried finding it again but haven't had luck. Anyways great video brother and tightlines 🎣

I have that exact rod, it works great for small spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and small squarebills. I dont think you need one though with the bass just jumping out of the water lol.. I have yet to catch a fish on a chatterbait, I fish super clear water but the swim jig does work

That not the smallest chatter bait, the smallest chatter bait is the flash back chatter bait also from z-man. The flash back is only 1/16oz but doesn’t come with skirt that’s the only difference
