I grew up at Y&E and am going there with my 2 brothers tomorrow. My father bought our house for (get this) $25K in the 1960's (so I was told). My Mom sold the house about 35 or 36 years later for $320K. I google searched video y&e and found yours. I can't really describe how I feel, except that the transformation of the area is incredulous!

It's definitely a completely different area from the 90's! Some people barely recognize it from 15 years ago let alone well over 20. Let me know if you need a recommendation for your visit tomorrow!
