Yo JLew, I just wanted to take the time to say, you're a solid person and I appreciate the honesty you bring to the wave game. I appreciate the originality you, and a few other wavers I follow, bring to KZbin . I'm going 720 now, and you along with wavy Crocket inspired me to go that route. I respect the fact that you don't pretend to be anything more or less. You're a prime example of what goes on in the world we live in; no one wants to hear the truth, but love to follow and glorify a fraction of it. Keep going hard, I'm sure you know greatness is inevitable for you. #FactsOverFame 💪🏾🏄🏽♂️

so glad i stumbled across your channel im trying to achieve waves. Your videos are waay more knowledgeable and factual than these other wave channels. They're kind just throwing out whatever they feel like (such as brushing all day & NOT giving info on when to moisturize or tips on when its convenient to wash. Instead of really trying to help us in the most healthy and efficient ways. This is my first time trying to get waves and I know I need to try this wave journey that I hope I can achieve in the healthiest ways possible with the right brushes for my scalp. I have low porosity hair (thanks to your knowledge, I looked further into how i could tell what porosity my hair is) and my scalp creates dandruff easily bc i believe most times i didnt know how/when low porosity hair can take in the most moisture. Thanks for making the videos you have. Your channel is dope!

I just got a fresh cut as this is the first week I am starting my waves. I have been brushing about 3 to 4 times a day in sessions. I just realized a few things that I needed to do for my hair because my scalp creates dandruff easily and I have low porosity hair. So I have started on a new shampoo and hopefully got moisture to absorb into my follicles. But over the past day my crown area started to be sore. Can that be a result of using too hard of a brush with the lower hair cut & that my scalp was in a poor dandruff & non moisture absorbed follicle condition (scalp not properly maintained before starting wave process?
