Why can’t a man be softer or even a bit feminine and not be gay? Like?? It’s 2024. Grow up. I am not a Whitney STAN but I honestly hate how much shit she gets. She is very likable and bubbly and I absolutely adore her dancing tik toks she goes ALL IN. She may have had a pretty rough go in season one but let’s be real, any friend group comes with lots of drama. Despite that, she is a human just like everyone else and she does have feelings. I honestly relate to a lot of her social struggles feeling on the outside with all the girls, leaving the group- having fomo- and then feeling relieved after her husband told her how much of a shit show Vegas was, just craving real friendship and connection but feeling so alone and unloved. I think Whitney is very relatable. Maybe that makes me crazy? Idk. But it was almost comforting to see someone go through something so similar to me. (Even though I may not be a huge fan of some of the things she did or said) I definitely see the redeeming qualities in her that Mayci sees and im honestly glad Mayci sticks around and doesn’t talk bad about her like on the viall interview. Like the girls say a million times on the show, NONE of them are perfect and that’s what makes me love Whit! Everyone has their faults and I think everyone should cut her a bit of slack. I’m genuinely curious about this caffeine thing. Caffeine in various beverages comes from different natural sources: 1. **Coffee**: The caffeine in coffee is derived from the beans of the *Coffea* plant. These beans are seeds found inside the fruit (often called cherries) of the coffee plant. 2. **Black Tea**: Caffeine in black tea comes from the leaves of the *Camellia sinensis* plant. The leaves are fully oxidized during processing, which gives black tea its darker color and richer flavor. 3. **Green Tea**: Like black tea, green tea also comes from the *Camellia sinensis* plant. However, green tea leaves are minimally oxidized, preserving more of their natural green color and producing a different flavor profile. 4. **Soda**: The caffeine in soda is often synthetically produced in laboratories. Some sodas may also contain caffeine derived from natural sources like coffee or tea, but the majority of sodas use synthetic caffeine because it's more cost-effective and easier to control in terms of consistency. Is the idea that caffeine alters your mind, or is it a health recommendation? Why is caffeine in soda okay?

@@jami.2299 the word of wisdom was written for the “weakest of the weak”. It not only tells you what not to eat but what to eat. Brewed drinks are not allowed. Addiction to anything; running, soda, candy, food etc is discouraged because they believe in self reliance. I am just an ex-Mormon who understands the LDS church welcomes everyone at any stage of their life but the church does have a standard and guidelines that if you are not living them(i.e wearing sleeveless without your garments) you are not holding yourself to the standards of the church.
@jami.22993 ай бұрын
@@kelleynrothaermel2311 thank you for responding. Does the church believe the synthetic caffeine is healthier then? I personally try to follow Old Testament dietary guidelines, so I do not eat pork for example. I don’t think it’s a sin, but do believe it’s a good health recommendation made by God. I just struggle with tea being restricted but soda not being okay if the caffeine is synthetic or derived from tea anyways. It would make more sense if all caffeine was restricted.

That is absolutely not true. We are not the Amish. I have two sons who have left the church and no one has come to me and said that I shouldn't have a relationship with them. The exact opposite. I have been told to just love them. I would say this is also true of many of my friends who have children who have left. If parents aren't having relationships with their friends or family who have left, there is something more going on there because it isn't coming from the church.
