I have never liked the wall drill but the way he presents it I would use it on my hurdlers. I've always seen it where the coach just has them crash thru the wall, never looked like it would help, this does.

Seems like it is OK to use same lead leg. My 8th graders coaches say she needs to alternate legs. Is that wrong or just another method?

The goal is to stay with the same leg and use three steps between each turtle with going over the hurdle being the fourth step. Alternating legs is just for people who aren’t able to do that.
