Hi @donnieglenellyn thanks for following up! When I went, the beach wasn’t crowded at all. There were plenty of available seats, and I actually wished it had been more crowded because I wanted to interact with more people. The beach itself was peaceful, and you can even walk over to other nearby beaches, which I thought was a great option. As for the stay, I chose a room with a swim-out pool. I loved it for the aesthetic it looked beautiful but I didn’t use it as much as I thought I would because there were some bugs in the water at times. However, they clean the pool every day, so it wasn’t a big issue. Honestly, I could’ve gone without the swim-out pool, but it was my first time trying it, and I wanted the experience. The beach club pool is on the smaller side, but the rooftop foam party was the highlight of my trip! It was the best event they hosted and is definitely worth checking out. As for the food and drinks, they were okay, but if I could go back, I would definitely take the shuttle daily to explore the strip. There are so many different foods to try and fun places to visit, like local parties and events. My trip was more about relaxation, but exploring the area would’ve added another layer of excitement. Hey, no I didn’t stay in the preferred club swim out room. But let me tell you the room that I stayed in was amazing. It was very spacious very clean and the staff was great. The customer service is A1. They come out and clean the swim pool every day, they clean up the room every day and supply you with new everything new sheets, more champagne anything that you asked for. So I think you’ll be good. Either way didn’t get preferred because typically I go for preferred win. I’m drinking or I’m going to be with another person, but I went on a solo trip, if you have any more questions about to the hotel, the beach club or anything let me know. Thank you for your comment.

This was amazing but with all that walking who needs the gym honestly 😅, if that resort is that big they need like mopeds or scooters to get around more efficiently I’d say, but nonetheless I will be staying there on my visit

Disappointed with the confused layout. I’m going there in February but now concerned after watching this video. Beach looks beautiful but 10 minute shuttle rides look like hit or miss

Hi @donnieglenellyn thanks for your comment! I totally understand your concerns. If you love the beach, it’s important to know that it does require a short shuttle ride to access it. However, the ride is free both ways, and it wasn’t long at all. Once you’re at the beach, you can enjoy walking along the strip, which I found really nice. The layout is annoying but you get use to it after the second day. One of the great perks is that you don’t have to pay for a beach club, which is a common expense in Tulum. It’s definitely a pro! The resort itself has a really romantic and chill vibe very quiet and perfect for relaxing. While there are some pros and cons, I had a good time overall and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Hope that helps ease some of your concerns!
