How is your sister in txwm noj nyiaj xiam, disability benefits. She never worked, so she's not eligible for social security be. She may be eligible for SSI disability benefits if they are poor. But her husband is working, do their income would above the SSI income limit, unless they are one those Hmong husband and wife plan to cheat the government by not legally married and claiming that they are not living together
