What about cases of rash driving which is rashness in general and in a particular case that rash driving led to an accident. Would this general rashness be relevant or not? By section 14, it seems it won't be.

Sir if previous commission is relevant then only previous conviction is relevant but if previous commission is relevant then is it not contradictory to that state of mind should not exists generally.
