Hi Nkuli, I need assistance with something, I am currently getting retrenched and my employer is trying to have my leave days taken from me and only paying me a balance of 3 days from a total of 13 days. And also, when looking at notice pay, does it also include medical benefits that I have been paying, employee tax or any other deductions or is it simply my salary after deductions
