Section 189 of LRA/Small Scale Retrenchments

I was retrenched the employer did not follow any guidelines as per LRA this was a couple of year's back since then I've found out that the employer have had countless vacancies and yet even now the refused to reinstate or rehire these affected worker's , I've met all the requirements for all these vacancies what do I do in this case ?
