SECTION 96 of the Australian Constitution: Specific Purpose Payments (or "TIED GRANTS") | AUSSIE LAW

Tied grants, or specific purpose payments, are a constitutional mechanism of section 96 that allows the Commonwealth of Australia to offer money to the Australian States, according to particular terms and conditions.
