Will you be doing any videos on layouts etc?

I've got a bit of time to focus on producing a few videos for the channel and I'm happy to take ideas. A video for Isometric drawing methods is ready for voice over so will mostly likely be next. What more specifically involving layouts are you keen to see?

Just standards (ISO) for borders, grids and the like. Looking forward to the Isometric video. Thanks

I didn't understand the part about first angle and third angle the two drawings look exactly the same

+NinoDroid It's a combination of understanding first and third angle, and understanding how the section line (A-A or B-B in this case) cuts the object. If you aren't 100% on how first and third angle work, take a look at my videos on that first. The side the arrows point to on the section line is where material is kept, the other side is discarded, applying that and then projecting using either method will give you the result. In this case the drawings are intentionally identical, however what first and third angle results in is simply a reverse layout, it doesn't change the geometry. Only how you lay them out. Typically using either method you always keep the main/front view the same, which in this case was the section itself. If any other part in particular is still confusing, feel free to try and describe in detail where you get lost and I'll try my best to explain. Text unfortunately ain't the best method for geometry, but I'll give it a go.
