I’m in Montgomery county, in the Philly suburbs. I decided to vote today despite preferring the ease of mail ballots specifically to contribute to reducing the Red Mirage. Also, by a happy and portentous coincidence, I was voter #538 at my polling place! The exact number of electors! I don’t believe in signs and portents, but hey - I’ll take it! 😊

Polls and surveys are hella biased. Vast majority of people don't respond and if pollsters/surveyers are weighting data based on past elections it's even more skewed because abortion has never been such a pressing issue (2020 not even close).

When I went to the polls, the gentleman working there told me it was his first time helping out and that it was an eye opening experience. He assured me that even though you hear election security being questioned, everything is extremely secure and orderly. I think there are a bunch of people from both sides helping out in the polls who now have a firm understanding in what is going on behind the scenes. It will be obvious to so many more how absurd the stolen election claims are. I'm glad he not only went to see for himself, but was reassuring others. Not that their candidate will win, but that their vote will be counted.

I'm in Indiana. Obama won Indiana. IMO it was mostly the youth that both voted more and canvassed more. I'm not seeing it as much this time. I was 22nd person in line this morning and the gender numbers looked quite normal. My bro is in Ky, he voted early on Sat. and said there was a lot more females than common. It could be likely that the fired up women and youth mostly voted early this election.
