She always does, they always do. After Covid forced the world to find new things to watch, watch I did. We all did, it’s impossible not to become emotionally invested in this family. Yes, it’s filmed and edited but not by tv executives. Alex is one of the finest race car drivers I’ve seen and takes every thing to heart and the pressure she puts herself under would cripple me and I’m no pushover. And I dunno if you noticed, the girl is gorgeous. ( just keep that last thing between us, I don’t want everyone finding out…)

Hey Alex as i am a father i know i do things for my kids but your dad has to be the MVP of riding with Alex. The man is constantly working. I know he does it to make sure things are done right and that way his daughter is safe. He's so excitied when you win. He's a man that truly loves his daughter. And he knows how to do everything. I know he would do everything he does with no credit at all. But i just want to say great job dad youre the best MVP and great job Alex the show is great keep it up

I love the way Dennis keeps Alex as calm as he can. When sorting out the shifting issue hes in the car and he says," its not easy. “ He knows alex will get it happening. He has the right words for the moment. Sometimes im sure hes thinking one thing but makes sure he’s says another. Hes a great dad but im sure Alex knows that.

You said three things that made me laugh. 1. I've watched my wife systematically shared her nails so "they're gone" definitely made me laugh. 2. I'm a roughneck that hates gloves but if I touch my chain it instantly feels wrong so you were talking about seatbelts "in my head" another good one. 3. "I'm proud of that car" the car is badass but flawed, be proud of yourself you did this. Of course you had help but at the end you made this happen. Thank you for all of your videos, I love to watch you race and everything that goes into it ty.

I don't recall your dad ever looking so happy. We know he always is, but this was different. You did super job !!! Lotta work going manual with such limited track time in a brand new car. Man, that was a thrill. From your dad's reaction and that big hug immediately after the run, plus you and your emotional end of this video showing you and your dad's passion and objectives...... .....it's so, so cool When I accidentally came across one of your videos a couple years ago, I saw a cute young girl filming her dad building car stuff. .........it took just a few more videos to understand how wrong I was. I've only built two semi stock Chevy 350's and ported one set of heads. I've always done 99% of my own car maintenance. Dad taught me well. Anyway, an apology is in order. I pre judged you. I wish I had 10%of your talent. I want to go fast, but i don't want to stay pretty like you 😉....... I'm a guy. 😁 ....a 65 year old semi geezer. From my first glance, i think what kept me from moving on to other channels, is you and your father's interactions. You guys are so fun, so funny, so cool. You have a fantastic family, not in any way leaving out your mom and super cool videographer sister. Today, Westin..... ......tomorrow, Bailey! 💥🔥🎊🎉💥 Congratulations on the win #2 IN A ROW! 👍

Great Explanation Alex! Who knew you were such a philosopher? But I can see you view there and you did a very good job of showing the human drama while reinforcing your part in the physical work on the car. I still can't believe you guys did all that with the stream of road blocks you faced and leaped over. Good Damn Job!!! This is going to be pretty hard to top! But you are HAPPY enough and you are FAST enough, by golly, the rest will take care of itself!

This is the first time l watched this, l wanted to watch your Channel and see and hear your team, ( you and your dad ) you both showed extreme restraint! Especially dad, Dennis you are so strong with your emotions! Awesome 👌🏻. Alex, to see you in the car after the win, ( second time l saw that, ) you letting out all your pent up emotions! Yes. Thanks for putting out your stuff on your Channel, l won't watch Motor Trend, l will faithfully watch you and Dennis and your family on your Channel, building a new motor combo, a new race car, your dad's C.O. E. Awesome truck. I think Megan needs a little hot rod, not a race car, something cool, camera crew and head publisher vibe, a Cadillac, blowen, ya! 😛 Can't wait to see you guys ❤️ build your new combo, the 504 is it? Back in Retronova? A lighter car than the 55, will be a solid 6 second car! And your new combo, big inch with a lenco? Mid 6 too like 👍 630 times? I can see you in a pro car.😉🤘 All the best to you young lady. Be waitin for you. See you guys building soon. Hey? Can you put the finishing of your dad's truck on " Riding with Alex Taylor " is that right? 👌🏻 would be cool! ✌🏻💙🧡💜🌤🇨🇦🤘👍.

I see Alex owing her own shop or having her own show on TV or the internet someday . Not only is she a skillful driver and racer. I have seen her pull out a auto trans and rebuild it (on a Motortrend show with Derick of VGG) at the drop of a hat. Alex is also a accomplished fabricator, and pretty good with a Tig from what I seen on Roadkill garage. Seems like she had a great teacher, and was a great student. I hope the best for her in the future and that all her hard work pays off.

I have a high level of respect for all of you all and hope you enjoy the successes that comes with all you all are doing. Y’all have earned them. Keep it up and great job.

I've been waiting on this one, and it was worth the wait. Yeah, we built the car in 28 days, barely had any testing or a windshield, but I'm going to go ahead and win this anyway. Great to see you following your passion and be rewarded for it. I love the quote to your dad, "she can drive". Um, yup. She can.
