My theory: bonny got decommissioned at monty golf by vanny. She then took him underground to fix up the remains of springtrap (at that point just a head and the upper half of the torso) and create burntrap (he has a visible endoskeletton, which can't be part of the original springlock suit).

That's not actually true- Bonnie is the most aggressive out of all the group, so Bonnie should've decommissioned Monty since he's more aggressive and way stronger. Besides, that theory doesn't make sense, there wasn't any proofs where Monty wanted spotlight knowing that Freddy is the one who has it. Afton, Vanessa or Vanny should've decommissioned Bonnie.

You can see by the foot prints from Freddys eyes from when you get Roxys leading into a Level 10 door so Bonnies Body should be there or either in the part and services Room since theres 2 of them

I agree with all the others. Monty didn't destroy Bonnie. If you think about it why would they keep an animatronic who could be a possible threat to others, in the main cast??! They would decommissioned Monty and just easily repair Bonnie. Through out the game we see that the animatronics go slowly broken and Gregory destroying them. At one ending you can see all the 3 (Roxanne, Chica and Monty) repaired with a new Animatronic in the main cast. People say that Monty destroyed Bonnie because in one messages it says Bonnie's state and where he was, his last known location was Gator Golf after that it shuts off, meaning either he was decommissioned there or his system shut off there. Also they say it because Monty is seen with anger issues & huge jealousy. They also bei it because Monty has replaced Bonnie. Kids loved Glamrock Freddy and were scared of Monty, Monty was jealous HE wanted the attention HE wanted to be the main animatronic. No one wanted to play Golf, they found it boring. Also in the ending, Monty is the main animatronic, meaning he has archived his goal. In the ending you can also see Glamrock Freddy broken in the dumpster beside the stage. It's a good theory just some parts don't add up

Let's be honest Vanny did it. If you look at springtraps new design you see a whole extra foot there. She tried repairing springtrap with Bonnie's parts and blamed it on the big alligator, who was aggressive to get away with it. Bonnie probably saw something he shouldn't have in Monty Golf, let's say Vanny doing Vanny things, and decommissioned him to get away with whatever, OR she lured him there by saying Monty or Freddy was hurt in Gator Golf.

My theoy: Vanny decommissioned bonny, used his parts for burntrap. Replaced bonny with Montgomery, changed Monty's role to Bonny's. Another theory: Vanny took control over Monty, made him kill/decommission bonny. Note: Just because Bonny went into Monty golf, doesn't always mean he was killed/decommissioned by Montgomery. It's just a place, so don't always assume. Okay theories are allowed. But because Bonny went into Monty's golf, you think Monty did it?? Huh... Hi. I'm here to say that Monty may have not decommissioned Bonnie, since Bonnie is the most aggressive out of everyone, so maybe that's why they decommissioned him and replaced him with Monty. Also, Monty was already decommissioned when Bonnie was out there, so it's kinda of impossible for him to do such thing- And Monty is nothing compared to Bonnie if we talk about aggressiveness, since Bonnie would actually win the "fight". I'm sorry if you notice some rudeness on me, I just don't find it cool blaming someone who didn't do that. It would make sense if it was Afton or Vanessa who decommissioned him, or maybe they did it because he was very aggressive. But again, is just a theory so I won't judge.

So umm you said Bonnie would win a fight with Monty? Well I'm here to tell you that doesn't make to much sense. 1. Aggressiveness doesn't mean everything in a fight because being aggressive won't really help you in a fight so let me give you a example a lion was going for a cheetahs kill once the Lion got close enough for the cheetah to notice the Lion the cheetah uses it's best aggressive tactics to scare away the Lion. Who wins... the Lion wins because it's stronger bigger and more durable than the cheetah. 2. The only reason I see people call Bonnie the most aggressive/ strongest amateronic besides Scott saying he is the most aggressive is because he destroyed the security cameras in that one fnaf game... I am very sure every amateronic can break the cameras and please don't say number 2 is a dumb reason because I have seen so many people say Bonnie is the strongest amateronic because he broke the cameras. Also Bonnie doesn't have any moments were it shows him being stronger than the other amateronics at all besides him breaking the cameras. 3. Monty's powers/ strength Monty can leep 15+ feet in the air,he can break steel fence gates,make the ball shooters unusable and even the wiki say Monty can just brute force his way through things the other amateronics can't. Monty's most remarkable think he did is holding the the bucket filled with probably a 1000+ balls and we can make a guess of what the bucket is made which is probably metal and hard plastic so maybe it might like a 900+ pounds you think that number is way to large but that bucket was really big like it size is comparable to dj music man's torso and that guy was huge and the only reason Monty fell is because the walk way was not going to handle that much weight soooo yeah. Also don't take this a hate to your theory I'm just explaining why it doesn't make to much sense for Bonnie to win

So, as an explanation, Monty indirectly destroys Bonnie because Bonnie played "Prinsess Quest" and Vanny/Afton noticed it. Afton then gave the virus to Vanny to test, planting it in Monty to destroy Bonnie before freeing Vanny from GlitchTrapp's control.

*(JUST A THEORY)* I highly believe that Monty has nothing to do with Bonnie, but I strongly believe that Bonnie either had bad connection or maybe one of the Animatic crocodiles that come out the water had done something to him.(if you don’t know what I’m talking, when you get a pass to enter either Monty golf or fazerblast and if you picked Monty golf you’ll see that in the water there are animatic croc heads that pop out of the water and back in again) I believe that Bonnie was walking around and suddenly one of the animatic crocs grabbed him and pulled him back into the water and dropped him back out when it was time to. Now Monty I believe his whereabouts that he was in his green room. Because like In the game when Freddy takes Gregory throw the Utility tunnels he stops and makes this comment "There’s something wrong, I feel that you are broken" so he takes him to the health unit to help. When Gregory hides Vanessa comes around and spots Freddy and she eagerly wants him to go back to his room, I bet if she caught monty in some what the same manner she would want him to go back as well. And also if Monty wanted to be the star of the show wouldn’t he try and get rid of Freddy?..isn’t Freddy the one holding the mic, the one who is up front, the one who leads the group?..not Bonnie. *(And I do love Bonnie and since he’s literally the iconic one I get how some people could be upset or sad that he got decommissioned. And replaced with Monty but let’s not point fingers at someone just because they mentioned Bonnie’s whereabouts and not Monty’s or anything that happened during the time of his whereabouts.)*
