I worked as a Special Agent for predecessors of this agency including the Defense Security Service (DSS), Dept of Defense, and the Federal Investigative Service Division (FISD) when it was under OPM. Tough job but well worth the effort. Worked for the Phoenix, AZ office.

Oooooh that explains things. I have to agree... it was *a lot* faster than I was expecting and certainly faster than the past. Good job.

Logically, it would seem since TS clearance timeframes have significantly decreased and even abdications being at or below 20 days, would it be fair to say that S or L for DOE clearances have seen a good decrease timeframe wise?
Is a public trust clearance generally enough to get a job in Cyber Security ?

What happens if you forget to add a part time job on the SF86? Can it be corrected? I did one a few days ago and mentioned my full time job but forgot my part time job.

You can reach out to your security officer or if you sit for a personnel subject interview you can also correct the record then. I would put the correction in writing to your security officer/company POC, so if for any reason it comes up later you can document that you attempted to correct it. But I don't see it being an issue.

@@ClearanceJobs Great, thank you. I did email the security personnel who sent me the SF 86 informing her and she told me to make sure I mention it in my face to face interview
