The Latin community in Miami is on a whole 'nother level! I maintained a 4.9 star rating on Uber for nearly 2 years UNTIL I went to Miami for work for 3 days in November 2023. Shortly after returning home, I noticed my rating had dropped to 4.6. Is it a coincidence that all of my Uber drivers were Latino? The things I noticed as their passenger - 1. If you don't speak conversational Spanish, they will punish you for it. 2. Even if you rate them 5 starts and tip, they will still PUNISH YOU!!
