Bishop Strickland I have read recently your book, '' Take Heart '' what a beautiful and sobering collections of pastoral letters to the Faithful and anyone who has the courage to explore the Love and Beauty that God lays out in the Truth of His Son Jesus Christ, the God/Man second person of the Blessed Trinity... Known to us now through space and time in the revolving Love of the Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Spirit, thank you Bishop Strickland and Jim for laying out the reality of our actions in the responsibility to take care of the smallest among us, the babies in the womb... What a clear-thinking Bishop! May God bless him! One thing he didn't mention was that sedevacantism often comes from a post-modern mindset like "woke", an ideology like Marxism. Indeed if the institutional Church lacks holiness, we are ourselves called to prayer, the virtues, faith, tolerance and kindness.

Amen, Amen, and AMEN !!! Well said. Members of the Body of Christ, the Church, need to become more holy. In so doing, the Church as a whole becomes more holy. This is our true mission; and, what each of us is called to contribute. Bishop Strickland's guidance helps one to stop focusing on the distracting "worry" and get to "work"; that is, draw yourself closer and closer to God" (i.e., strive to become more holy, more saintly). Our "boat" may be sloshing around in turbulent waters. Its waves may be lapping into the boat, and Jesus may appear to be sleeping, but He is not. He is present and knows what we need better than we do. Cling to Him and ask Him for the graces of heroic strength and courage to never be separated from Him; and, no doubt, He will hold you fast even when you find your grasp weakening. God bless you, Bishop Strickland, and your continued Apostolic mission and ministry 😔🙏🕯🕊

When you were talking about abortion Bishop Strickland, it reminded me of a disgusting case that happened in California last year. There was a gay couple, two men, who were married & they wanted a baby so they hired a woman to carry a baby for them. This young woman needed the money so she went thru with it. However, when she was about 7 months pregnant, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. She was very worried about the life of her unborn child & she didn’t want the baby to contract the cancer too, which evidently was a risk, so with her medical team, she decided to give birth early to her baby. She had a beautiful, very healthy baby girl, I believe (TBH I can’t recall if it was a boy or girl). The only thing wrong with the baby was that it was a preemie. Other than that, she was perfect in every way & very healthy. Well that infuriated this gay couple that she gave birth early AND that she had cancer. They had legal rights to the baby so they told the hospital to just let it die. The young mother begged them not to do that & her father even stepped in & offered to pay them back every penny they had paid his daughter & begged them to let him take the baby. The couple absolutely refused to let either the woman or her father have the baby. Yet they didn’t want it & the hospital had no choice due to the laws in California but to let the baby die. This little tiny baby, this innocent little soul, was left to die a grotesque, extremely painful death by being starved to death. Nurses were traumatized by it, this young mother who had given birth was traumatized, her father was grief stricken & it left such scars on everyone involved, except for the gay couple. They could care less. They didn’t want a baby from a mother who was dying of cancer. I was so mortified when I heard about it that I wanted to scream! I was so shocked that NOTHING could be done for this little baby, that they could just so callously disregard the life of this child & that the hospital’s hands were so tied by the laws of California that they could murder this baby. That’s what they did by starving it to death, they murdered that little baby. For no good reason! That’s called infanticide in my book. What’s wrong with this world that something so gruesome like that could happen in this country?!?! I understand the woman did die & the gay couple went after her family, suing them for the money they had paid her to carry their child. So disgusting! We have lost all regard for human life. I wish surrogacy was not allowed. Women should really think twice before entering into such an agreement. It totally devastated this family.😢 We need to fight to get laws like those in California & other states that allow babies to perish like that. It should be illegal!!
