Hi Phyllis, I’ll sorry to hear about your stomach issues. I never got Hales blessing to make the Sedona Method release video specifically for stomach issues, so didn’t want to move forward on that. I did however make a video awhile back you can see on my channel called “how I healed my IBS mentally” and have been helping many others using somatic therapy move through their gut issues… and so much more. If you feel called, I’m open to offering my support to you. Digestive difficulties can be quite challenging.

The whole point of “letting go” is to achieve Peace. Being in Peace is the Ideal State for our bodies and lives to be Healthy and Happy. Jesus was great example. He was called “The Prince of Peace.” Hale feels like a pretty Peaceful guy. Thank You for the meditation.

I don't know how to change my life around... I watch this video and what arises in me is overwhelm and stress. my dream life feels 999-trillion universes away from my reality: - I have minimal work (I live in poverty) - the place I rent is old and teeny tiny tiny - I have passions and talents that could make me rich, but... - I'm single, have been my whole life, I die for true love - fat and diabetic - old now, no longer attractive - no friends - always a million-trillion stressful things to do...

Is it okay to still take anti-anxiety medication and apply this method. I am having a really hard time not taking the medication at the moment. I am having difficulties sleeping even though I know it is all in my mind, I mean I created this condition and having a hard time getting to this core of myself where peace and calmness is. Otherwise I am a great and healthy sleeper but I self-sabotage myself. This is frustrating .....

When I do this , (I mean the last part where Hale talks about being aware ), I’m afraid that I’m going to lose control of myself and my actions. I’m obese and I need to lose weight to get healthy. I’m afraid I’m going to lose control and be ok with being obese and getting obesity-related diseases.

I can understand you very well. I partly have similar thoughts and therefore I cannot or do not want to let go of the negative feelings properly. For example, when I let go of my stress, I am afraid that I will become lazy and not do my job properly anymore. But I have found out for myself that this is a wrong conclusion. If I let go of the stress, then I can do my work with much more joy, calmness and love. And I think this will be similar with your body. You will lose weight much faster if you do it out of love for you instead of fear (in addition fear floods your body with cortisol). Much love
