My favourite part was about certainty: Q What if there is nothing that's certain? A That's... very disappointing. Q Yes, for the person that's very disappointing! As a person we just want to know and we think the more we know, the safer we'll be and the more in control we'll be and the more "real" we'll be. But what if that's just an appearance? It isn't the truth. Have you ever been certain about something and have it turn out not the way you think? And have you ever been really uncertain about something and it worked out better than you could possibly imagine. A Yes. Q Yes, so certainty isn't important. It's not meaningful and it's not significant. Damn.

This is great stuff! Thanks so much. The theme music reminds me of “taking it to the streets” by the Doobie Brothers

Thank you Hale for releasing this retreat. You said something in an interview that has helped me a lot. You said everything is well-being. When I notice the body resisting what is happening in this now moment, I just mentally say, this is all well being and the resistance drops away 🙏🏼😘

Great video. Releases I found helpful: 45:00 - shouldn't be there 1:30:30 - wholistic releases 1:37:00 - releases on trauma and anxiety 2:23:55 - abundance

„it’s not like the person has reactions, the person is a reaction“ Love that. Hale, you are so refreshing. I love you!

Don't know how you have so much patience, Hale. Last year, I started releasing over having to have everything in life be sooooooo hard. And, it has worked. Now-a-days, everything is super easy. Putting together furniture, my job, etc. Problems just melt away. Help just comes at exactly the right moment. It is totally an ego illusion that life has to "be hard." "Hard work, STRUGGLE, sacrifice, blood/sweat/tears. Blah, blah... These techniques are NOT "hard." They are super easy. Stop trying to struggle, everyone. Stop making all of this releasing stuff so "hard." Already .... Stop fighting your own freedom! Oh, but I forgot. We live in a land where fighting for freedom is foundational :))))). Freedom just is. There is no fighting involved to get what we already have. Stop fighting Hale, and trying to prove him "wrong." Enough is enough. Just LET yourself go free! Feeling very impatient right now. But this too, is only apparent :).

Such a deep misunderstanding, loss of truthfulness. Good thing you are retiring, Hale. Will have an opportunity to review your views. Good luck.
