Okay, Hale, here is a letting go story from this week. For a couple of years I have tolerated a leaking connection under the kitchen sink of the house I rent. It bothered my greatly but I didn't want to bother my landlady because she has been sick and was recovering from surgery. I have wanted to paint the bare wood inside the undersink cabinet but couldn't because the wood was never completely dry .... So, this past week I tried to fix it myself :). After two trips to Home Depot and seven hours of "trying," it was still leaking, and worse. Finally, I just started crying so so hard as old past memories of similar situations started coming up. The crying lasted about 60 seconds. Then I remembered something from a lecture I had heard: "I release this situation to its perfect working now." So I said that out loud and went to bed. The next day, I tried again to fix the leaking connections but to no avail. I called my now-healed landlady who came to investigate. This week I not only have all new (non-leaking) piping, but also a new faucet, four new light fixtures (with added dimmer switches), new sink drainers/strainers, a new lantern light outside my front door, and the guy is coming to measure for a new front door! All of the above things have bothered me for the four years I've lived here. She took me shopping and let me pick out everything, happily paying for the upgraded and expensive fixtures I truly wanted. Then she told me several times how happy she is to have taken me shopping and that I picked out exactly what I wanted. That it made her happy to make me happy. What has happened to my life? I think I'll keep on letting go forever!!! Thank you so much, Hale. And Lester Levenson!

Read the comments about the laughing ... The higher one goes on the scale of consciousness, the more that laughter happens spontaneously. If you don't know this, then it's because you haven't gone that high yet. Just the act of judging the laughter, will keep you from being able to release. Judgment always stands in the way of progress It stands in the way of everything. You will always stand still in the place where you judge another, and will not make any further progress until you LET IT GO. In a way, the laughter may be a test. I only know this because I went through it myself (with the laughter). When I stopped judging others for "insane laughing," then I started experiencing it for myself and understood .... And it was wonderfully lifechanging! Thank you, Hale, for everything!

Um ehrlich zu sein, ging mir sein ewiges Kichern und falsches Lachen ziemlich auf den Geist - aber, wenn man das loslässt 😉, stellt man fest dass er sehr gute Erklärungen der Sedona Methode gibt. Toll!

There is an obvious answer: He most likely can’t. Either it’s a scam and no product will be delivered or he is selling bootlegged material as surely Sedona Training Associates would not let anybody let resell their most expensive course for a 99 percent discount 😏

First of all, you have to find the empty space. After you find it, then you have to stop being a wuss, and just allow yourself to spend a lot of time in it. When you do this, you will start to really love it and will stop pushing it away in fear. We've all experienced this .... If you can't "find it," let go of the block inside of yourself that stands in the way of you finding the empty space. One has to "let go" of everything as one walks along in life :)

@@retribution999 Ahh .... The old "don't like the perfume because of the packaging" issue. Totally understand .... used to be troubled by that myself. Good thing there are a lot of different packagings out there:) And it depends on whether you want perfume or cologne. Inside of Hale is the purest perfume on "letting go" on the planet. Forget the packaging. But, no force from me, Clive. There are others who teach it too, but they all learned from either Lester or Hale. And Lester is gone now ... Hope you have a lovely day today. I've enjoyed the conversation!
