It isn't a secret to the military, or to extremists. The real impact is that Ukraine is actually not a place that has been historically friendly to the west. We are teaching people who would otherwise never know, how to build bombs out of household supplies and that always has far-reaching consequences. Much of the reason EOD stuff is so classified is to keep other Americans from obtaining the knowledge to build powerful and difficult to detect weapons out of materials you can buy at Home Depot without blowing yourself up in the process - and our enemies, since one of the most effective ways to kill bomb-makers in Iraq and Afghanistan was to provide them with altered materials that would make the slightest error in handling catastrophic. Judging by what I see and hear in this video, they are using what I would use on my home territory - a type of compound that is actually chemically unstable and will not last long. The expiration date means that unexploded ordinance will be much less deadly in the reconstruction effort.

The UK has deserves high praise for all the support it has provided to Ukraine starting in 2014, when Russia's invasion first began. Without the training and intelligence Ukraine would have found it much more difficult - perhaps too difficult - to hold Russia at bay. Russia is complaining about that since day 1 of the invasion. Real secrets would be date, time and location of attacks, targets, exact types of eplosives used, names and pictures of the operatives, etc.
