After Cross River, go to Akwa Ibom state, next door. From Calabar, take ferry at Marine road, Calabar straight to Uyo capital of Akwa Ibom, its an hour or so. ...its safe and comfortable. Or go to Oron and take cab to Uyo. For road network, Akwa Ibom state is No 1 in the South. No rival
