yeah cool, but what about default terrain grass shader replacement or a million other things that people ask for for years

@@StingerPhilip I consider UE as being something else, for me it's not an alternative for Unity, I mean, yeah, it's a game engine as well, but it just feels differently, I can explain it as if it was just created for some different type of games.

@@小鳥ちゃん They have a lot of very powerful tools. Also UE5 looks like it will have unlimited geometry capability. That paired with Quixel Megascans and unlimited use of thousands of assets is just the final blow.

@@StingerPhilip that's cool, can't argue, but for me these all are useless due to my common game types
@Cybored.3 жыл бұрын
@@StingerPhilip the thing is that's unpractical not only for most of us developers but also for gamers. and that's why even with Unity's issues you still see more games made by Unity and played by gamers

I am a long time unity user and I love unity. However, this trailer is hard to watch. Full of testimony talk and very fast paced, doesn't leave the viewer a chance to digest what is being said or presented. You either have to simplify things if you need a fast trailer, or make it longer and slower paced.

It's so fantastic! I would love if maybe you could ask people from these companies, or maybe some game developers like for established titles like Cuphead, Fall Guys, Hollow Knight, etc to kinda go a little bit into how the games function and are created with features in Unity. It's one thing to know a game is made in Unity, but seeing how they solve certain things by seeing the projects would be so helpful and sooo cool!
