Poor Caroline! Her feet were swimming in her wellies it was so wet! At least you got treated to new ones, excited to see what pattern they are! Dolgellau town is so beautiful, its like a time capsule to the past! So many of the buildings are original victorian ones! What an amazing castle! Such a beautiful building! Very interesting history too, quite an amazing story! The bit of pottery with w wood is from a flagon! Lots of pipe stem, yayyyyy!!! Loved the video!

Llove the HYSTORY that you are adding to your videos. Interesting to hear about the ancient lineage. So is Wales and independent country or part of the UK?
@LetsgowithTheJohnsons3 жыл бұрын
Wales was conquered over 800 years ago and has never regained it's independence, it is a distinct country with it's own flag, capitol city and language, but our laws are made in London. But that is changing, as in 1997 there was a referendum and 50.3% of Wales voted for the creation of a devolved National Assembly for Wales, known in Wales as The Senedd, which is the Welsh word for Parliament. However, unlike the Scottish Parliament we were not allowed to pass our own laws until 2006, when following the Government of Wales Act, the assembly gained the ability to pass primary legislation. One of the greatest signs of change has been during the pandemic, when England rules did not apply to Wales, and our leaders in The Senedd set the rules for Wales. 🙂😎🐼
