Another GREAT, and informative video. Thanks Zach! You mentioned in this video about staining, and that Golden Eagle (G.E.) can do prefinished staining. Is that only for the interior of the home? Because I think one of your Livestream videos mentioned you don't stain them before they're shipped (perhaps you're meaning the exterior isn't prestained) because when the materials (logs, in our case) are shipped and then constructed, invariably they will get dinged. Do you mind clarifying this? We are building a 12" half-log custom home with you, and have been working with Justin. It looks like we're getting close to the final revisions of our floorplans with G.E.. We are beyond excited about watching our dream home come to life. Thank you for the many, detailed videos you guys produce. It's helped us refer to certain elements we really like in various homes you've built that we want to incorporate into our custom log home; when we discuss it with Justin over the phone. This is a tremendous help, and relief when coordinating this process remotely, because G.E. is headquartered in Wisconsin, and we're building in Colorado. Thank you to the entire Golden Eagle team/family!
