AWESOME!! I’m not just talking about this home. Everything about Golden Eagle Log And Timber Homes is just so OUTSTANDING!! The these homes are constructed is unmatched. The way Zach presents these homes, you can tell he is excited about every feature of the home. By far my favorite builder. I just wish Zach could feature more homes. I have Golden Eagle withdrawal, lol 😂. I hope to have Golden Eagle build me a home one day.

We have a home on top of a hill in the NC Mountains and can get hurricane-force winds at times. Their home probably has even more severe winds. The house, shingles, etc. needs to be well built, and it appears that it is.

Great tour! I am always a little surprised to see you wearing shoes when you tour these homes though. I would figure you would want to remove them to prevent any damage to the flooring.

Mixed feelings about home. The home is stunning, one of the best I’ve seen on this channel. It’s the location that gets me, it’s a shame that it’s being developed.

18:09 beautiful staircase. An appraiser or home inspector would flag the handrail going downstairs as a health and safety hazard due to the open end. Handrails shall terminate back to the wall/ beam in this case to prevent catching clothing, purses, pockets etc. You’re asking for someone to take a tumble down the stairs with that sore thumb sticking out there like that. Hope this helps someone out in the future! Gorgeous home here is love to own!
