Gardyn has a seed tray on their website. However, I prefer to just put the ycube in a bow of 1 inch water. It works just fine, and it's free :)

The one I use in the video is similar to this. I bought from a wholesaler in large quantities (in thousands). I purchased one that came with two lights that TR urn /turn on, on time alone because it's a programmable light system but I was wondering how do you get the plants out the tray because some plants do not like and are hard to move so how do you move them and place them in another pot? Thanks!

You can just squeeze the bottom to loosen the root balls and wiggle the plants out.

Did you have any trouble getting the roots of of the plastic holes without damage?

Cucumber was the only one that had roots extended out of the cells. They tangled up a little bit, but very easy to be pulled out when you lift up the plant. Other seedlings generally dont have that much roots.

Do I need to use a grow light on my seedlings for this to work so well?

I used regular shop light. It's doable without the light if you have a bright window with indirect sunlight.

You do not have enough seeding soil in your trays. They shouldn’t be so empty. They should be filled to the brim
