I baked celeriac first time in my life. Cut into cubes,mix with olive oil,salt and Italian herbs and bake in oven for 20 minutes on 400F. It was delicious.

This is the first year I’ve tried growing celeriac and I share your enthusiasm for the vegetable. I cannot wait until harvest time this fall 😃 Also your video/content production quality is through the roof impressive. Keep doing this.
