The piano at the beginning was most pleasant sounding to me like a gentle soft rainfall. SO SWEET! The muffin in a jar ring are genius and will certainly be used here! Your idea of a play bed for littles and trucks is also brilliant. He will be in the garden 'working' alongside you with joy. I enjoyed all your starts and share in your hope for a good garden year. I smell SPRING!

When I was young, my parents took all 9 kids on a camping trip every September, to Northern Canada, and my mom cooked our meals over a camp fire or buried big dutch ovens in the coals, with huge roasts, potatoes and carrots, and we hiked, while they cooked. Another meal she made, that has been a favorite of all of ours, and is great to use the bounty of extra eggs in. We call it German pizza. It's sliced potatoes, layered with spam, and cheese, repeating the layers, in a cast iron frying pan, or a cake pan, if you bake it In the oven. Before serving, blend up a bowl of eggs, some sour cream (makes eggs delicious, fluffy, and creamy, and salt and pepper (remembering that spam has a lot of salt. Leftover ham can be used for those who don't want to use spam, as well.). This is a meal that can be made ahead and frozen, and cooked and add eggs the day you use it. But I've found buying the frozen square cut hash brown potatoes with peppers n onions already in them, makes this recipe so easy to do on your stovetop, when you want to use up eggs, and need a quick and easy meal, you don't need to make it ahead of time. Once you add the eggs, to the square cut hash browns, you can put it in a preheated oven, to bake the eggs into a delicious, nutritious, fast meal, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!! Add some of your delicious looking bread or muffins, as a side, and it will be a go-to dish, once those ladies start laying eggs every day! It reheats very well too! My family always put my mom's green tomato relish over ours,, to add a sweet, clove and cinnamon addition to a salty meal.

Last spring I needed 3 root canals in 2-3 months, each accompanied by 3 days of misery from an infection before the root canal itself. I feel your pain! I have four young children and could barely function during that time. I’m glad you’re feeling better. Know that you are not alone! I enjoyed the beauty and real life in this video! It’s calming to play it as I do my housework.

I will be gardening through others this year. We are hoping to move back to PA this summer so the garden here in MN is going to be the garlic I planted this fall and potatoes. I will have a tomato plant or two and a few cuke plants by the house. I will have to get my garden fix watching others this year which is ok with me, this is year 7 for us here and I think the land needs a rest to get ready for the next owners of this place. Thanks for sharing your garden and plants with us once again. Blessings!

Good Morning Kelsey! It’s good to see you doing well. I’m very intrigued with the mushroom compost. I guess I’ve not heard of that before 🤦‍♀️ and since we need to bring in some compost for topping off beds I’ll have to check into that. It’s a wonderful time of year to have life popping up all around us. The joy in the kids voices over the baby chicks 🐥 was heart warming! Thanks for the muffin recipe. I’ve also been getting some muffins and sweet breads into the freezer. It’s so nice to have those things at the ready! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. God Bless You.

I'm a southern hemisphere gal so down at the bottom of the planet we are heading to winter (which is actually quite mild where I live) but anyway I always enjoy watching videos like this where I can get a taste of the season that's opposite to what I am experiencing in my life. Lovely video Kelsey. You can tell the effort and love you put into what you do, it really shows. Thank you.

Those David Austins!!! Such great choices! When planting, it helps to make a heap of soil in the middle of the hole to set the rose bush on and you can fan out the roots around it. The abundance of rain makes your area so green and beautiful, but I guess I’m kind of thankful for the arid climate I have here in SW Idaho. The dinner you made looked good, I’ll give it a go for supper tonight, I have celery that overwintered in my garden, surprisingly! I might have told you this before, as I’m trying to get the word out to the content creators I follow, but I recently learned pre-shredded cheese often has an antibiotic added called Natamycin, which has motivated me to shred my own cheese from here on out. I know you are intentional about your family’s food, so thought you would want to know. If I already told you, I’m sorry. I’m impressed with your seed starting! Wow! I decided not to start seeds this year, I felt the Lord telling me to scale down on gardening this year and that’s ok. I ended up having a health concern and biopsy. Immediately after, I got Covid, which I’m just recovering from, so it’s worked out fine that I have less on my plate. Thank the Lord the biopsy was negative!

We do deep bedding in their run and then clean it out in the fall and apply to beds, that way it’s sits over the winter, never had an issue of it being too hot!
