Historically speaking, Hacienda’s were used as basically noble estates for the landowning families of a region within the New World; with the local commoners acting as indebted peasants too said land lords. If you were able to incorporate this idea into your new New World city designs (like having the Hacienda separated from dense urban areas and surrounded by fields, small industry, and a small village to act as work force) I think it would turn out great. Edit: The Hacienda on Gualdamina is the most accurate so far to this idea.

One thing I think you can look at is the trade union around the orchards/hunting cabins/wood , place 15 in the range of the trade union and then with the items you boost them past 100%, over all you will get a lot more out. You dont have to keep them at 100% if you boost them with the forest density and other items, much better use of space in the NW.

Another great episode, thanks! A small tip, not sure if you know this already but only the Hacienda farm building has to be within the circle of the Hacienda. The modules can extend beyond the circle. Keep up the great work, I'll now go and watch the scenario videos 😜

To boost your attractiveness a smidge try using : Arek Lisowski, the Architect. He gives +2 attractiveness for every Obrero house in range of the townhall. Also if you do manage to get some influence points try making the 'Arctic Tundra' Zoo set. It gives +100 attractiveness to your public mooring, plus the additional +90 from the animals, and keep it up with the video's!

Haciendas are very common here in the Philippines (a former spanish colony)…. And haciendas are commonly surrounded by farm lands far from other houses or far from the town cemtral.

Hey Darren, I don't know if you respond to comments but I really wants to ask you if you have an idea of what the third New World population tier would be called. Plus I have a lot of ideas what Anno could add in the future. A session thats based on Egypt where we excavate Egyptian artefacts and take them back to Crown Falls plus a new monument like the Louvre in Paris. Also a Tibetan/Himalayan session that you could only reach by airships would be great. They said New World Rising would have a monument, what could that be? Plus if you could house Noblemen in the Royal Palace in Cape Trelawney, attract Artists and Athletes to your Capital. We could have a new monument similar to an Olympic Stadium. And a new attraction like the zoo, museum called the art gallery. I was also thinking of Cruise Ships for tourists and ship them to all your regions. Bring skyscrapers and tourist mourings to the New World as well

Yes darren usually do response to comment sometimes, but with this kind of comments i would recommend you go ask him on his stream or discord channel(i didn't remember he had one or not) because he will totally easy to elaborate and explain much more detail and you can also had a discussion as well with him. Well i think first of all, you should start researching all the item needed for the orchard and start condensed your orchard in new world like a madman, because marbella and PB need a major redevelopment. That was my suggestion and love it because you finally resume this series, i almost want to suggest for you to scrap this series and restart the new one because how much you already forgotten your own supply chain and what your own production design for. But at least you starting to kick some ass back, great content btw. Stayed safe, and stay healthy, love you

i put trade union near the hacienda and it affects the main building im not sure what it's affecting though because it just acts as a main building and a storage

You can try it via Nvidia Geforce now which is free. With the free version you will have to queue for a while. And you don't need the latest PC. Then you stream the game via the Nvidia sever, I also do that with many games. You must own the game yourself. There is plenty of info on youtube about that.

I think it’s pretty evident that they are running out of ideas. This game is like a good show that went on for too many seasons. I don’t really get what this DLC adds….oh yeah…they added literal crap lol…Very underwhelming, and im being generous.
