Maybe it s better to build an effective EHBO post including a car to transport people. An whole hospital is very difficult to organise and beiing effective in such a small village.

Something admirable is that there is no need of buying stones/bricks for building. The land has rocks already if they can utilize that for building. Search documents from the Lands Ministry, a clear Title Deed with no cases in Court, no siblings claiming part of the land etc. If it's a mother title make sure the transfer process is in motion and that all parties have signed the transfer documents. This is Kenya, you can have three or four people having the same Title Deed.

Am kenyan American my home is 70km from here and our home is even beautiful than here and it's not hot....i was there 3 weeks ago and now back to USA but yes its beautiful....if you need to visit next time let me know...i can host in my country house with my wife
