My grandfather used the same methods of extracting with his mule in rural Mississippi. Same process was also used along the lower Mississippi River during the rum trade back in the day. I love seeing this from my island people. ✊🏿👌🏿

@SeeJeanty Hello, as you said you started this Pignon series. Can you try to interview the elderly around 60, 70, 80 years old. Ask them how life was in the 50's 60's etc. Ask them about the different haitian bands of Pignon, the history of the city when it was founded ? Also, if you get a chance could you please start a Petionville series as well , with same idea as Pignon. (My mom is from PV, wanted to surprise her)

Great to see my brothers doing great work it brings me pleasure to see when we work together without the slave master we accomplish many things. This is by far one of the greatest well documented video on how Haitians can work together as group on youtube. Good brother.

I hope you get to see this comment It’s been about 16 years since I left Haiti to live in the USA. Mainly lived in Port-au-Prince. I appreciate your channel so much for opening my eyes to the great people and places in Haiti. Now I have plans to go to Haiti and visit some of those places you’ve been showing here on your channel. Keep up the good work !! I’ve a question though. Where are you located ? Did you move and forth between here and Haiti!

Numbers 14:28 Berean Study Bible So tell them: As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you exactly as I heard you say. 1 million Haitians living in America, Canada, France and Chile will become millionaires and send big money back to Haiti. Let's all say that people. It can happen cause the Lord said I will do to you exactly as i heard you say
