Wait... there are people who don't have conversations with themselves?? 😯 I feel like I'll never regain that initial fascination and utter adoration I had for the Korean language the first several years into my language learning journey, but I do wish that I could engineer my brain to get back to that stage. Thankfully I still maintain a more low-key drive to improve, although the motivation that drive gives me is definitely not as powerful as the initial passionate phase was.
