I'm sure someone else said it already, but Dende being a kid wasn't a mistake by CC2. In the manga, and anime Dende was a kid for some reason so CC2 did it just to keep it the same between all 3.

The dende being a kid again at the end was actually in the orginal manga and anime after the fight with buu toriyama forgot he aged dende and made him a kid again. They never fix this though in anything after the mistake was made so I guess its just weirdly cannon that after the buu fight dende turns into a kid again until super.

What a journey and experience it has been playing DBZ Kakarot. Reminiscing the nostalgia and reliving the DBZ anime. Although the game did have its flaws with leaving some essential and iconic scenes out, it had spectacular and phenomenal execution/implementation and accuracy with the story and most animated scenes. Now, the adventure finally comes to an end, farewell Goku and friends and DBZ Kakarot. Until we meet again in the Battle of Gods DLC. Edit: The only thing that was inaccurate was that they made Dende a kid when Goku and everybody else went back to earth to see their friends and family and celebrating their victory/triumph.

14:47 What a beautiful moment, and the pinnacle of the series' character development... ...Until DB Super came along and threw it all into the trash, because apparently Toriyama/Toei thinks people don't like Vegeta unless he's still trying to surpass Goku, even though the og series (ie, Toriyama's original vision of the series' end) literally ended with him having a fucking amazing introspection, realizing what was the key difference between him and Goku (him fighting as a means to prove his superiority VS Goku fighting simply because of pure, unadulterated enjoyment), and then a beautiful moment where he finally admits Goku is the N#1, closing Vegeta's arc in the best way possible. But then Super decided "Nah, lets ignore the amazing ending of the previous series, and regress Vegeta to his attitude from before, where he still insists he's the best for no reason. That's what his fans want, right?." Its really depressing. I know the "story" isn't the main reason people like this series but...still, it was such a waste. Super and everything after that brought us some fun and cool aspects (like the Broly movie), but overall...*sigh* I really wish the series had ended for good with Z. From a narrative standpoint, It was perfect and didn't really need to keep going. Watching moments like these again really makes it hit home. But whatever...
