Overcoming the grief of losing a loved one..

Death is an inevitable process in everyone's life and each one of us view it from a different perspective. After the initial feeling of being overwhelmed with intense emotional pain and sorrow, people go through their bereavement in various ways. Without sufficient comfort and support, some may fall into depression with the children being more vulnerable to psychological problems after the death of a parent or sibling.
Shifting their focus from loss to positive emotions can help the mourners replenish their mental energy and improve their well-being. Staying positive during the loss, affirmations to deal with the intense grief and family support can all help the mourners to heal from the loss.
