It's the true emotion. When Shaun writes the songs and does the music video's...it's coming from deep inside so we all feel the raw emotion he expresses through his lyrics and performances in music video's...and everyone including myself can relate.

I have seen them 3 times now. First time was awesome, saw Lizzy Hale do the Broken duet with him...it was great. Second time they were garbage and I left the show early (probably some bad juju going on in the back ground, only time I have ever left a show early). Glad to say no I saw them in Cincinnati with Breaking Benjamin this year. They were awesome. Glad they were back on top. He is so effortless in his performance and his vocals. True talent and I am very glad they brought their A game to that show. They brought me back around as a fan and moved up my list of bands to be listening to.
@whitneyparris1550 Жыл бұрын
@@natewunn Lizzy Hale would be awesome to hear duet, “Broken”. I would prefer just about anyone but Amy Lee to duet it in any capacity. But, my personal best time seeing it performed was Just Shaun Morgan playing his acoustic guitar & signing the version he intended the song to be. Seether has maintained their identity, even now. Love them & fellow long timer fans like myself. 🤍

Saw them in a bar in Abilene,TX back in 20014 with Eye Empire and 10 Years. After the show, a roadie handed me a bottle of water from the stage. I got to my truck and was going to open it when I notice it had already been opened and had some missing. Then I saw the "S" written in Sharpie on the cap. It was Shaun's bottle. Gonna clone him from the DNA in there and see what happens.

My bipolar I think made my ex abusive... We was together 20 years...I still miss him . We been broken up for 3 now... He took care of me . I was and am very sick with bipolar 1.. this was a song that describes how I felt after we had a fight that usually ended up with me being beat up and hatted for running our relationship into the ground.... It was my bipolar 1 that triggered him...I figured this out during my 3 years alone and still being very very sick. In fact I'm more sick now.... Sad but most men would of walked away and not even stay for 20 and not even accepted my deep regret and sorry.

This song reminds me of every man that tried to break me and could not. It became my anthem to toxic people! I love it!
@katiehutchens2116 ай бұрын
OMG! Yes!!! Why... why are Toxic fucking people the only ones that seem to be attracted to me?? Like do I have "easy target" tatted on my forehead? Or am I really just THAT weak that they can SMELL the opportunity to take complete control over my life and just me in general. I swear EVERY relationship I've ever been in ends up being the most toxic... like the toxicity increases over time. Each one worse than the last... what the hell is it? Is it me? Do I do this to myself? I NEED answers!!!
@furydevillires6 ай бұрын
@@katiehutchens211 You are not weak. You are probably kind, loving, understand and full of empathy. Toxic people are drawn to those traits. Make sure you have strong boundaries, and have no qualms about saying NO . Walk away if someone keeps trying to cross them. You deserve better. Know your worth girl.

I, pretty vividly, remember crying to this song when it came on in the back of a car when I was suicidal back in my early teens... I think it's honestly safe to say that music is the only thing that kept me sane for so many years.

I hope that everyone here is okay these days. Please be safe and remember that people care about you, even if it may not feel like it sometimes. If you are feeling troubled, maybe professional help is the answer, or talking to a trusted friend about what you are going through. I wish you all the best.

Honestly, seether's music videos bring me life. Like Fine Again, Breakdown, and Driven Under are all just such deep music videos that give even more meaning to the song and I love it.

Took myself out for my birthday to see Seether at a small club show here in West Michigan back in 2013. AMAZING show. Well worth the 30$ Glad that Shaun and Co. are still going hard with their music in 2020. Keep up the great work guys!!!
