Very good to see you managed to complete the Pal set of Saturn titles, one of my favourite systems, that I play on a regular basis. Quite a few titles run just a little better on the Saturn and have slightly better sound over the Playstation versions, especially some of the 2D shooters, you tend to get more slow down on the PS1 in a side by side comparison. Thus why it gets my preference, even if it is a close call :) You have done well to track down some of the more obscure titles.

Sega Saturn? ... Never heard of it mate :) If you grab Christmas Nights get Ben Boyd on Sega Galaxy to make you up a PAL case for it mate, complete with full color manual, it's a thing of beauty and will look stunning next to your other games, rather than keep it in the shitty plastic sleeve it comes in. Well pleased with mine. " God I hate these cases" - literally me whenever I open a Saturn game up and the disc flies across the room. You got Burning Rangers in a raffle win, nice one. I never knew how much that went for until later on in the collection as I got it in a bundle, I swear it worked out at about a tenner I got it for so I just assumed it was a cheaper end game for a long time haha. I believe your Saturn Bomberman was originally sold in Virgin Megastore cos it has the round 39.99 sticker on it. Little bit of useless knowledge there lol. Virtua Fighter Remix in a double jewel case??? That comes in a big cardboard box ala' EO, Riven, PDS.. I've never seen in it like that mate. Is that an actual variant or has someone put just put it in that? Great job on finishing the set mate. :)

Couldn't find Frankenstein: Through The Eyes of The Monster on Ebay for less than 300 USD so i burned the disc instead. Played it on the old Power Mac back in the day. Great point n click FMV game. Tim Curry was AMAZING.

Enjoyed the video mate, was good to hear how/where you obtained the games from , I think collecting full sets will always divide people's opinions , personally I don't think I'll be going for any ( although have done it in vhs collecting) but I can definitely see the appeal of it and for sure it's crossed my mind a lot for various systems, there is certainly something cool about saying here is a certain great retro console and by the way also here is every fucking game made for it :)

Is it the case that games always go up in price? I thought the price of Atari games went down as people were less interested in them and older people might not want all these huge collections clogging up their house. I'd say Nintendo will continue to be relevant, but people entering the job market now will never have known Sega as a hardware company

Loved that Stu, cracking video mate. I enjoyed hearing how you got some of them and the price you paid etc. I just go for japanes games myself, much like I do with the PlayStation too. It’s funny you say Street Fighter Collection is one of the high value PAL games. I paid a tenner for the Japanese copy when I was in Japan on my Honeymoon in 2016. So what’s next to get the full set treatment, WiiU maybe?

Yeah, the version of NiGHTS which is in the jewel case was the one boxed with the 3D controller (weirdly they also included the standard sized manual). They also released a stand alone game in the proper Saturn case as well.

It is amazing that you have the complete collection. It's very hard to do especially today. I was also very impressed the the condition of all of your games, the majority of them look like they are in mint condition. And as we know, it's extremely hard to find PAL Saturn games in good condition - the cardboard cases are just terrible.

Very impressive to have gotten the full set. I'm so intrigued by the Saturn. Went from snes to a PS1 which I got in 1997. So by then the Saturn was struggling and never got to play on one much. But as time has past a lot of people have shown love for it. Especially some of the Japanese releases.
