These are all the scenes where Captain Willard's Seiko 6105 diver's visible on wrist. Featured in Apocalypse Now (1979). Worn by Captain Willard, played by Martin Sheen. Seiko reissued this watch SPB151 and SPB153. The Seiko King Turtle SRPE05 is the cheaper alternative that gets you a very similar look for less money.

At 0.45 you can see clearly he's wearing a black waffle strap. I wear a steel dive Willard homage watch on a black waffle strap and unless you look very closely at it, it looks identical to the watch in this film. It's my pride and joy!

Really great video! I love that film, I love Martin Sheen's performance and I love that watch!!! And I am quite shocked: I always wear my willards and turtles on a chocolate bar strap and in most scenes he DOES wear that strap... but in some scenes (*arclight* is the best for that) he really does wear a waffle patterned strap! Maybe one strap broke during that chaotic filming? Do you know more about that? Since you made this vid, my gues is, that you like the 6105 too? :-) But apart from that: Great vid, great editing! I wear a Rdunae 6105 8110 homage on a chocolate bar strap until I can one day afford an original vintage example (though would probably just look at it and not risk wearing it). If you take pictures or just look in the mirror with your watch, you might not be able to tell exactly the type of band and your chocolate bar strap can sometimes look like a waffle.
