Finally! A comprehensive in-depth review of this wonderful watch... It's indeed great fun to wear and wonderfully finished. Only little downside for me is the plastic inside bezel ring, all the rest is top-notch... But I can live with it.

Hi B V.cello! Thank you for the kind words! Glad you are enjoying the watch. I think it is one of Seiko's best at this price range and I'm definitely liking the Presage line in general. I wasn't sure whether the minute track was painted on plastic or if it's aluminium or some other metal. I agree that it could have been done better and it's a bit out of place with the ornate dial and hands. Enjoy it! Cheers!

I own the SPB073 and have to say I haven't seen any video or pictures that truly show just how spectacular the dial is in person. Under natural light you could look at it for ages. Solid movement 8+ sec per day. Thanks for the great video.
